This is one of the letters I was asked to write to I.C.E. www.gabriela-draghici.com USCIS/ FDNS Attn: Fraud division 111 Massachusetts ave NW Suite 7002 – mail stop 2280 Washington D.C. 20529-2280 Case Number: MSC1391760669 Gabrieia Draghici I am writing this letter to document my involvement in marriage fraud against the U.S. government. My name is Oliver Johnson, I have done everything I can to report my story to Immigration and I.C.E. It is my hope that the run around I have been giving is an isolated occurrence and is not the common practice of USCIS and the other government agencies I have gone to. On Apirl 2013, I moved to Las Vegas Nevada… during this time I stayed with a friend named Daniel Grozdich, Mr. Grozdich has written a letter detailing this information which was turned into USCIS Las Vegas branch, due to the fact that I did not yet have a car, I spent every single night at Daniel’s residence. In Mrs. Draghici’s statements under oath to USCIS and in statements to the Nevada Family Court (case # D-14-491024-L) Mrs. Gabriela Draghici gave false testimony that I was dating her at this time. Daniel Grozditch, and the countless other people I met during this time can attest to the fact that I never met Mrs Draghici. It was on the month of July 2013 that I received first contact with Mrs. Draghici, It was through a text message… a record of this text message has been submitted to U.S.C.I.S. Mrs. Draghici had gotten my name from a girl that I knew as only Oana. I had met Oana when I traveled to Romania, for four days the year before, I believe it was 2012. Gabriela Draghici has told U.S.C.I.S. and the Nevada court, that this is when we met and started dating… however, upon looking at Mrs. Draghici’s passport, it clearly shows that while I was in Romania, she was in the U.S. In Addition to this, she was dating NFL player Pierre Thomas at this time. Though Mrs. Draghici says I knew her during this time, she is unable to provide any phone or text records proving this… there are also no photos of us together during the time before July 2013. In my statements to USCIS I have included my passport stamps as well as letters from friends who traveled with me to Romania; they back the statement that I never knew a Mr. Draghici. As I said, in July of 2013 Mrs. Draghici texted me for the first time, she asked to meet me at her apartment. In her apartment, I met Gabriela Draghici and Romina Anastasescu. It was at this time Mrs. Draghici brought up marriage fraud, she had joked about it over text, but this was where she made the offer. She sold it has her being from a poor family and really needed the ability to work so she could help her sick mother. She also explained that Rominia was in a fake marriage also, and that USCIS were “stupid” and “incompetent”. Gabriela offered to pay half my rent if I moved into an apartment across the street from her. 4200 paradise rd. apt 2116, She was not to live at the apartment but needed to put her name on the lease. I agreed. I later found out that Mrs. Draghici was making money as an escort and club host. I have included the phone number and a statement from Haleigh Doetschman; from July of 2013 to August 2014, I maintained a friendly relationship with Mrs. Doetschman. This includes her and her friends coming over to my apartment at 4200 Paradise rd. many times, including her and her friends sleeping over… at no point did they ever see or meet Gabriela Draghici. In my statements to USCIS I have also included text and emails Mrs Draghici sent to me during this time. The texts refer to her current boyfriend, in the text she also talks specifically about the deal for payment… in the emails and text she always refers to the apartment as my place. In the emails she refers to us meeting up to talk, things she wouldn’t have to do if we lived together. In the paper work I sent to USCIS I also included statements from my neighbors stating that they had only seen Gabriela one time. She was knocking on my door, my neighbor asked her what she wanted… he told her I was not home and she left… this is not something she would have done if she lived in my apartment. I have maintained that Gabriela Draghici lived with Romina Anastasescu during the time she was to have lived with me. I have provided pictures that show Gabriela maintained sexual relationships with other men. At no point in time did she and I have any type of relationship. I filed for annulment February 2014, it was days after this, Mrs. Draghici filed a restraining order on me; she stated that we lived together, which never happened, and while we were living together I forced her to have sex and threatened her. There were no police reports for this; in fact, the only police reports were filed by myself. Gabriela and Romina used my insurance to commit insurance fraud. She also at this time started attending a psychologist; it was obvious to me that she was attempting to file for her hardship visa. On January of 2014, I wrote my first email to I.C.E. stating that I was being forced into a sham green card marriage, due to threats by Mrs. Draghici. I continued these emails monthly until April. On, around, April 15th I walked into the Vegas USCIS office and turned myself in for marriage fraud. Under oath I gave a detailed statement and answered all the questions that were presented to me. Since this time I have been cooperating with USCIS giving them all the information they asked for. I was forced to drop the annulment against Gabriela due to threats from her lawyer; I reported this to Las Vegas metro as well as the Nevada state bar. I continued to goto the USCIS office one to three times a month until October 2014… at this point, due to threats from Mrs. Draghici and her friends I had to leave my belongings and flee the city of Las Vegas. I have spent the time since them living in my car… I have had phone calls from Mrs. Draghici’s friends pretending to be Vegas Metro telling me to stop trying to bring my information forward by threat of action. I have sent letters to all organizations, I can think of including the news outlets and I have visited USCIS offices in NYC and now DC. Mrs. Draghici and her circle of friends have taken the immigration laws for granted, they will continue to do this with others if there is no threat of recourse. I have come forward and admitted my part in this crime and accepted any punishment that is due to come to me. I hope that Immigration will view my letters when considering wither or not Mrs. Draghici has the morel character to spend the next 10 years as an American citizen. American Citizen,
